The institute provides excellent sports and games facilities for its students. Apart from organizing regular sports meets the Institute encourages students to participate in different sporting events.
Synergy institute of engineering & Technology gives equal priority for Games & Sports activity in accordance with Academics in the institution. Which creates healthy & Sound mind among the students. By involving as many as students in those activities the Institution is trying to build up high moral & sportive human beings.

A Brief report on 14th Annual Athletic Meet-2019 on 19 th January, 2019.
Organized By:- Synergy Institute of Engineering & Technology, Dhenkanal.
The 14 th Annual Athletic Meet-2019 was held on 19 th January, 2019 at our college ground with a glory. The meet was inaugurated by our esteemed Principal, Dr. Itishree Mohanty of this institute. Dr. Rashmi Mishra, Principal, Dhenkanal Autonomous College, Dhenkanal was the Chief Guest in the closing ceremony.
The oath was taken by Mr. Soura Keshari Biswal, 4 th Year student.
About 300 boys and girls participated in 18 different events.

Mr. Ramani Ranjan Pentia, 3 rd Year Electrical and Ms. Sonali Baral, 4 th Year Computer Science declared as the Individual champion Boys and Girls respectively. The Athletic Meet came to an end with appreciation from all corners.
